Stokley Williams (built-in July 15, 1967) also known merely as Stokley, is an American vocalist, record producer, and percussionist. Williams is best known equally the atomic number 82 singer and studio drummer of the ring Mint Status.[5]

Career [edit]

In 2011, he was featured on Kelly Cost's vocal "Not My Daddy" from her album Kelly which earned him his first Grammy nomination for Best R&B Performance.[6]

In 2017 Williams joined The Revolution on bout, to pay tribute to Prince.[7] Also in 2017, Williams released his Concord Records solo debut Introducing Stokley, with production past himself also as Philadelphia production team Carvin & Ivan.

In 2019, Williams signed with Jam & Lewis' reactivated Perspective Records to release his second solo anthology, Sankofa.

In March 2020, Stokley earned his first #i solo striking, with "She..." going number #1 on the Adult R&B Chart (Billboard) for two consecutive weeks.
