1. Can't Pair Bluetooth Mouse To Windows x!

   Hey,

   Problem

   Tin can't pair mouses via Bluetooth.

   Story

   I had a problem with my MX Master 2S so in the Bluetooth card I clicked on "remove device".

   Now I tin can't pair it any more (and I don't have the dongle). I press on the EasySwitch, light is blinking, "MX Master 2S" pop ups in listing, click on "connect", "connecting", the light is now abiding white (good sign), just so it turns off, and "Endeavour connecting your device once again" shows up.

   I can connect the mouse to a different computer successfully, and so its working. I tin connect my Bluetooth head phones to my computer successfully.

   Then I tried connect a Microsoft mouse (via Bluetooth) and the story is the same- it can't pair. This mouse tin also connect to another computer.

   What is the difference betwixt the mouses and the headphones? Perchance they are BLE?..

   How I tried fixing it?

   • I tried update all Bluetooth drivers (through device managing director car option)
   • Remove and reinstall BL drivers
   • Connect to different channels (of the MX master 2S)
   • Charge mouse
   • Remove all other Bluetooth devices
   • Reboot calculator
   • Update BIOS using Lenovo Vantage
   • Update windows from 1903 (OS Build 18362.476) to 1909 (Bone Build 18363.476)
   • "allow this figurer to turn off this device to relieve power" is unchecked
   • Bluetooth Support Service is running
   • Bluetooth troubleshooter

2. Bluetooth does non Recognize/Pair/See Bluetooth Hardware

   Okay, I've been working on this for awhile and have tried a one thousand thousand things. I'm going back to foursquare ane so pretend I haven't tried anything nevertheless.

   Here is the trouble.

   I merely upgraded to Windows 10 (from windows 8.1) on a 2 month old laptop. On previous version there were NO problems with bluetooth. The bug started immediately after upgrade.

   When the upgrade finished Windows 10 remembered all of my previous Bluetooth pairs. My bluetooth mouse (Microsoft Arc Bear upon Mouse Surface Edition) worked earlier the installation but later on my arrangement reboot the cursor no longer showed movement. The batteries are new. The mouse is acting exactly similar it does when it is properly connected (lights wink, makes scrolling sounds, etc). When I checked the Bluetooth device screen it still showed every bit paired. I rebooted. No change. So I unpaired the device. When I unpaired the device information technology flashed for a second equally a possible device to pair with and then was no longer on the list. Other possible devices to pair with appear and disappear from the list without cause. (Ex. sees a scanner for a few seconds and then no longer has a scanner. Sometimes its up for a few minutes at almost but the list is constantly flickering.) So I rebooted. Then it did non see the mouse at all. I did this for several days. Sometimes when I would turn on my laptop it would flicker, sometimes it would non. After about 3 days with no explanation it suddenly showed up and did not flicker. I connected the mouse and it worked for about 2 days. On the 3rd day I tried again, and the cursor would no longer respond even though the mouse was acting exactly the same. I rebooted. No modify. I unpaired the device and it never showed up on the listing. It's flickered a few times just when I click on it to pair it pops upwardly with an error basically proverb "cannot pair. Please bank check and see if the device is still set up to connect to bluetooth." That is just on the rare occasion that it really shows up on the list long enough to hit pair (possibly ii times out of 50 attempts or more.)

   I've tried everything I tin can recollect of, but I'd like to endeavour everything in order that someone else would effort to see if I'g missing something.

   It is a Microsoft mouse by all means it should work on Microsoft drivers. :/ Arg. Delight give whatever suggestions to help.

   My Bluetooth mouse "Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse" is paired to my PC but volition not connect any more than. The only mean I constitute to go it back to work is to become in the Windows card: Settings > Devices > Bluetooth, to delete "Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse" device, to push the bluetooth pairing button on the mouse and to request new pairing on PC side. Then it is paired and continued, it works for a while, and and then again connection is definitely lost and I demand to redo all the stuff higher up.

   Drivers (mouse and bluetooth radio) are upward-to-date as said by Windows itself.

   Manage Bluetooth Devices finds the Lenovo Bluetooth Mouse and when I click PAIR I go Connected so Paired, but the mouse pointer volition not move. I've tried this and without my Wireless Logitech mouse connected.

   With the Wireless Logitech mouse removed, I tin motility the mouse pointer with the touchpad but the supposedly paired BT Mouse can't. With it connected I can motility it with the Logitech mouse but not the Lenovo BT mouse.

   Does not come across the Lenovo Bluetooth Keyboard at all.

   I'g at build 10074, updated last evening from 10061.
